SELF CARE

Self Care Original’s aims to make self-care accessible and inclusive, while tackling not only the challenges of our mental and physical health, but the toxic positivity of the wellness industry at large. With the mission of shifting the narrative around self-care, Self Care has been created for people who aren’t satisfied with the current state of self-care and its reductionist by-products (crystals, face masks and overpriced organic grocers). Self Care believes that true self-care comes from self-awareness and self-compassion, not simply a walk and a scented candle.

We produced the paper range which comprises of a 30 day self care journal, two prompt conversation card games and a hat and tote bag.

Designed by SODAA, the Self Care Journal features a Colorplan Park Green wrapped hardcover featuring an offset print and ribbon bookmark.

 
 

Designed by Studio HiHo, the Big Talk game cards are produced in a larger format playing cards packaged in a straight tuck box, 300gsm uncoated stock with a white foil debossed logo. 

 
 
 

The Only Human conversation cards are duplexed mounted 350gsm uncoated art card, featuring a double sided print. The box features a white foil debossed logo on an 300gsm uncoated card.

 

The tote features both short and long handles, and reversed external bound seams.

In addition to the relaunch of the Self Care new product range, we also produced some merch — a tote bag and hat. 

The hat was designed as a low profile 6 panel cap, with embroidered logo and features brushed nickel closure.
