Structural packaging with intention.

When it comes to packaging we strive to increase functionality while still maintaining our sustainability standards. To do this, we consider all aspects of the structure to minimise wastage and eliminate the need for plastics and foams.

We love to collaborate with creatives and brands on structural design to create bespoke packaging solutions. We can elevate packaging by working with you to showcase the brand identity throughout the final design using unique detailing, structural elements, humour or clever reveals. We develop dielines for plastic free packaging, corrugated shippers and inserts and sturdy gift boxes working across box board, corrugated cardboard, food safe boards and specialty papers.

OUR PROCESS

1..Briefing:

We want to hear all about your project. We aim to collaborate with you to pool together our knowledge and resources to create that extra edge. The aim is to create something extraordinary. We use this stage to offer our production expertise to go through possibilities and industry innovations and are able to recommend approaches that suit your budget and vision. Our extensive experience enables us to provide advantages and limitations of different manufacturing processes, materials and print applications.

2. Research:

This is where we get to work. We conduct extensive competitor analysis to work out the best way to elevate your brand to ensure it stands out from the crowd. We’re always staying up to date with the latest developments in sustainability, processes and design, allowing us to work out new ways to elevate your packaging solution, ensuring you get the best outcome.

3. Concepts:

Did someone say mockups? This is where we get our hands dirty. We’re not ashamed to say we’re packaging nerds, so we make sure that every concept we present to you not only works, but minimises wastage and aligns with our sustainability goals. Our design team collaborates to create a structure that provides a memorable experience for your audience, while working to elevate the packaging experience with clever touches whether that be custom tear strips, reveals, or playing with the structure of the packaging itself.

4. Development:

We work with your feedback to tailor and refine our concepts. We want to make sure that our solution is everything you wanted and more. In this stage we collaborate with you to tweak the design and structure until it’s just right.

5. Sampling & Testing:

We will work with our team of factories to provide a printed finished sample. This allows us to review functionality, print finishes, specified papers. We know it’s all in the details, so we it can take up to 3 rounds of revisions to get your packaging right. Depending on your project's needs, we will also complete drop tests in this stage to ensure we’re happy with every aspect of our solution.

6. Production & Manufacturing:

We take the hassle out of manufacturing. With our cross-disciplinary knowledge of different industries we’ll partner your product to the correct factory whether that be local or offshore. When you work with us, we will handle all of the production. You place the order, and we’ll take care of the rest, making sure that you get your product on time.
